Costs and Budgeting

Rent depends on location, apartment size, and amenities. Our Property Search Page can help you narrow down your options, and each property page shows pricing for each available apartment so you can plan your budget.

Many communities include heat, water, and trash. Some include Wi-Fi or other utilities. Learn more about what’s included on the property page for each community.

Applicants are required to pay a one-time application fee of $65 per person. For residents, most properties include a $15 monthly laundry fee and a $10.50 monthly charge for Liability to Landlord Insurance, which is waived if you provide proof of personal liability coverage of at least $100,000. Residents with pets will also pay an additional monthly pet fee, and some communities may offer optional parking and storage for an added cost.

Leasing and Application Process

Applications require personal info, income verification, and references. Apply online quickly through our Application Portal.

Approval can take a few hours to several days, depending on your application. Track your progress on our Application Portal. The more quickly you can provide the requested information, the more quickly we can approve your application.

Maintenance

Expect 24/7 emergency maintenance, routine inspections, and on-demand support. Submit requests via our Resident Portal.
