Our hope is to create apartment management and purchase opportunities from those who no longer want to self-manage, are looking to sell, or would consider us to manage the next apartment they acquire...and for the rest, to offer value to help grow and improve their businesses.
About Brad
Brad is the President and a Partner of Relay Properties - an apartment property management & investment company. Brad oversees the entire Relay Properties apartment portfolio. This includes daily operations, acquisitions, dispositions, technology, systems, processes, and innovations to grow and streamline all aspects of the business.
Relay Properties was originally founded to manage the apartment buildings acquired within our own partnership group. Over a 4 year period, Brad has worked to refine the systems, implement technology, and build an amazing team.
Our systems have proven to increase occupancies, effectively manage expenses, and deliver amazing customer service for our Residents.
As a result, other apartment owners have approached us to manage their apartments to implement the same systems. We now management apartments outside of our own portfolio for those who fit in our business model.
