The 2500 Colfax Apartments is a small, quiet 12 unit apartment building that has been completely renovated with new hallway carpet, paint and lighting. The apartments have been updated with new LVP flooring, kitchens including new appliances, dishwashers in some apartments, decorative tile backsplashes, and attractively updated bathrooms and fixtures. Each apartment has air conditioning. There is laundry on site and no smoking is permitted. Owner pays for heat, water, sewer, trash, and recycling.
